How it works

Start
New Workout opens a clean session. If the device has no backup id yet, MaxOut creates one quietly and stores it locally.

Select
Exercises are grouped by category. Recent exercises are tinted by recency: amber, green, then blue.

Recall
When an exercise has history, set rows prefill from the most recent matching exercise and show the previous value beside the label.

Track
Sets control how many rows exist. Reps and max weight can be tapped in steps or typed directly.

Convert
The unit toggle changes the visible weight unit and step sizes while the database keeps weight normalized in kg.
06
Archive
End workout moves the session into History. The next workout can use those values for autofill and dropdown recency hints.
